Sealed products are limited to a maximum of 2 units per SKU, per customer, per month.
Purchase limits may be monitored using customer accounts, email addresses, billing addresses, shipping addresses, payment methods, and other information associated with an order.
Orders exceeding purchase limits, including attempts to bypass limits through multiple orders, accounts, addresses, payment methods, or other methods, may be adjusted or cancelled at CardNest's discretion.

Final Sale & Product Condition

Sealed products are final sale. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges are only considered if the wrong item was sent or an issue was caused by CardNest.
Minor cosmetic packaging imperfections, including small tears in shrink wrap, scuffs, dents, loose wrapping, corner wear, or manufacturer packaging inconsistencies, are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or exchange.

Randomized Contents & Manufacturer Issues

Pokémon products contain randomized contents. Specific cards, rarities, pull rates, or results are never guaranteed. That said, we hope you pull something amazing! If you hit a BIG pull, don’t forget to share it with us — celebrating customer hits is one of our favourite parts of running CardNest.
CardNest is not responsible for manufacturer-related issues, including print errors, factory collation issues, missing hits, pull rates, packaging variations, or other contents-related concerns inside factory-sealed products.

Order Verification & Cancellations

Certain orders may require additional verification before shipment to help protect our customers and CardNest from fraud, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, and attempts to circumvent purchase limits.
Verification may include confirmation of order details, billing information, shipping information, payment information, or other reasonable information necessary to verify an order before shipment.
Failure to respond to a verification request within a reasonable timeframe may result in shipping delays, or the order being cancelled and refunded at CardNest's discretion.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Approved cancellations may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to help cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In the rare event of an inventory discrepancy, pricing error, listing error, technical issue, suspected fraud, or policy violation, CardNest reserves the right to adjust or cancel affected orders.
