About our cards
Where do your Pokémon cards come from?+
Our cards come from a mix of sealed Pokémon TCG products we open ourselves and secondary-market sourcing.
This includes reputable Canadian retailers, hobby shops, and established Canadian sellers and collectors with verifiable trading histories. We do not purchase cards from random bulk lots or unverified sources.
Are your cards authentic?+
Yes – all Pokémon cards sold by CardNest are authentic Pokémon TCG cards. Each card is checked by hand before listing to confirm proper print quality, texture, set symbols and numbering. We do not sell proxies or reproductions.
What condition are your cards in?+
Most of our singles are Near Mint to Lightly Played, unless the product listing says otherwise. Every card is reviewed under good lighting and described conservatively. We do not list damaged or heavily worn cards unless they are clearly labelled.
Packaging & protection
How do you protect cards when shipping?+
Every order is packed with care to keep your cards safe in transit:
- Each card is sleeved
- Toploader used for premium or delicate cards
- Team bag or rigid protection for multi-card orders
- Reinforced mailer to prevent bending

We ship Canada-wide from Edmonton, Alberta.

We offer simple, Canada-wide shipping options:

Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes – orders $99+ CAD receive FREE tracked shipping. Any temporary shipping promos will be shown at the top of our website.
How long does shipping take?+
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Some orders may require additional verification before shipment. Delivery timing depends on your province and shipping method. You can find estimated delivery times on our

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?+
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. In some cases, an order may require additional verification before shipment, or we may be waiting on carrier pickup. If we need anything from you, we’ll contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Mystery packs
What’s inside your mystery packs?+
CardNest Mystery Packs are built with authentic Pokémon TCG cards only, with clean, structured layouts and no damaged or unwanted filler.
Not sure which one to choose?
The Standard pack is a simple, affordable way to enjoy guaranteed holos in every opening. Each pack includes 1 Holo and 1 Reverse Holo, with a chance of a "Hit" added at random. The Premium pack guarantees a "Hit" (ex card or better) in every pack, making it the stronger for anyone who wants a more exciting pull every time.
Standard Pack (8 cards total)
- 1 Guaranteed Holo (some packs may include a bonus Hit at random depending on inventory rotation)
- 1 Guaranteed Reverse Holo
- 6 Pokémon cards – a random mix of commons, uncommons, and occasional rares from modern sets and curated collections
- Some packs may include a bonus Hit upgrade at random (depending on inventory rotation)
- No duplicates inside a single pack
- No Energy cards by default (available upon request in checkout notes)
Premium Pack (10 cards total)

1 Guaranteed Hit (ex, V, Illustration Rare, Full Art, etc.)
- 1 Guaranteed Holo
- 1 Guaranteed Reverse Holo
- 7 Pokémon cards – a random mix of commons, uncommons, and occasional rares from modern sets and curated collections
- No duplicates inside a single pack
- No Energy cards by default (available upon request in checkout notes)
Both pack types are carefully checked under proper lighting and packed securely to stay protected during shipping.

Do your mystery packs include quality cards?+
Yes – our packs are curated to be fun, balanced, and enjoyable to open. You will not receive damaged cards or large amounts of filler bulk.

Do you accept returns?+
All sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.
Sealed products may be subject to additional product-specific terms and policies shown on the product page.
Do you offer local pickup?+
No. CardNest does not offer local pickup, local delivery, or in-person meetups. All orders are shipped through our shipping partners to help ensure a consistent and secure delivery experience.
