CardNest is a Canadian online Pokémon card shop based in Edmonton, Alberta. We are a small family-run business, and our house cat often “supervises” our pack-opening sessions from his nest. 🐱🪹
We grew up with Pokémon and rediscovered the joy of opening packs, appreciating artwork, and organizing our own collections. What began as a hobby gradually became CardNest – a simple, welcoming place for Canadians to shop Pokémon singles and mystery packs.
Our sourcing practices:
We source our Pokémon cards from sealed Pokémon TCG products we open ourselves or from established Canadian card shops and respected local sellers. We do not purchase bulk mystery lots or any sources where authenticity or condition cannot be confirmed.
Our quality process:
Every card is examined under proper lighting before being added to our shop. Most cards are sleeved shortly after opening, and many fall within Near Mint or Lightly Played condition based on general hobby standards.
Our listing standards:
- Only official Pokémon TCG cards
- Clear and accurate condition notes
- No damaged cards listed without proper labeling
- No unverified or unknown card sources
- Descriptions intended to set everyday expectations for hobby buyers
